becoming an increasingly popular way to go on vacation. It allows travelers to

Recently a more market educated, savvy, sophisticated clientele is being attracted to timeshare programs. This higher income buyer is interested in top of the line properties offering a varied more interesting vacation ownership program in resorts with luxurious facilities and state of the art amenities. Therefore, the timeshare industry has had to implement a higher standard of quality and service along with a gentler, more subtle marketing strategy that is more appropriate in attracting this segment of the market. Destinations themselves are keenly aware of what is needed to insure that timeshare owners return on a regular basis.
