Casa La Villita by Guillermina Olmedo winter-spring/2000 Some people manage to create a lifestyle doing what others perhaps can only dream of, such as building beautiful homes in a tropical setting like Puerto Vallarta. John & Cathy Mylrea are two people who have done exactly that, recently finishing their fifth such project in Puerto Vallarta with their latest home: Casa la Villita. Cathy’s sense of color makes each of the rooms cheerful, bright and fresh. And craftsman tilework in creative color arrangements brings the bathrooms and kitchens to life.
