Vallarta Lifestyles The real estate industry is certainly alive and well along the shores of Banderas Bay, which now is referred to as one destination known as “Vallarta”. There is more new construction taking place today than at any other time, bypassing the boom of the late 1980s. It begins in Mismaloya on the southern shore and stretches all the way to Punta Mita in the north, and covers all points in between. Bay View Grand
