The Developments:
La Solana
Punta Mita
Santa Barbara Partners and Greg Normans Medallist Developments have partnered
to create Punta Mitas newest planned residential enclave, La Solana. 71
hotel suites and 58 ownership villas, a secluded beach, luxury spa and fitness
center, as well as full-service beach and ocean clubs will be managed by Rosewood
Hotels & Resorts. The Villas of La Solana, oceanfront and oceanview, are available
for whole ownership and as part of a Private Residence Club. Three floor plans,
from 5,600 to 6,500 square feet, will be available, each containing three bedrooms,
4.5 baths, library/media room, plunge pool and terraces. Some villas have optional
detached master suites, approximately 1,500 total sq. ft., including plunge pool
and fireplace. At the top of La Solana will be La Plaza, a mountaintop village
with the hotel's reception areas, retail boutiques, tequila shop and bar, general
store and gourmet bistro. Ownership within The Villas of La Solana also provides
entree to the amenities of Punta Mita, including access to the existing Jack Nicklaus
Signature golf course. Whole ownership prices will start at approximately $1.5
million USD. Private Residence Club memberships will start at approximately $300,000
USD. The La Solana Hotel is scheduled to open in the fall of 2004. Pre-sales of
The Villas of La Solana will begin in the fall of 2003.
Las Olas
San Francisco
Las Olas is a single-family gated residential beachfront community in San Francisco,
Nayarit, a small beach town 30 minutes north of the airport. The Los Olas development
includes 26 single-family residential building sites, 18 of which are beachfront
lots. The development also has eight lots with views of the Pacific Ocean. Currently
there are 22 home sites available to choose from at Las Olas. Prices range from
$200,000 to $600,000 USD. Amenities include a beach club and an oceanside pool.
There will be 24-hour security to the single-entranced project. In addition, underground
phone, water and electrical services will be included to meet high standards of
living, comfort, safety and privacy. Limited financing is also available. Las

Mayan Island
Nuevo Vallarta
The Mayan Island mega project in Nuevo Vallarta has three residential options:
luxury condominiums facing the ocean, with a 393-foot pool just a few steps away
from a mile-long sandy beach, 28 exclusive residential properties, two penthouses,
19 golf course residences and 64 apartments on the golf course, all with views
of the bay and mountains. A destination area, Mayan Island offers residents the
convenience of the infrastructure and services offered by the Mayan Palace Hotel
in Nuevo Vallarta, including a shopping mall, 12-court tennis club, spa and fitness
center, 1.8 miles of canals, lake, marina and beach club, as well as the 18-hole
golf course designed by Jim Lepe of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Group. The beachfront
Ixcun building is currently 84% sold, with the golf course residences 55% sold.
This year the new Edznda tower on the beach was launched. This new ultra luxury
addition to Mayan Island will consist of 36 condominiums with two penthouse units.

Montemar
Conchas Chinas
Located in Conchas Chinas on Paseo de los Delfines, Montemar Condominiums offers
10 residences from one-bedroom to four-bedrooms, with panoramic views of Banderas
Bay and the city of Puerto Vallarta. Most units have a private Jacuzzi and innovative,
open floor plans that make the most of views and indoor-outdoor living. Each of
the units at Montemar is all-electric and includes range, dishwasher, mini-split

Paradise Coves
Costa Banderas
The concept behind Paradise Coves was to create an upscale, yet ecologically sound,
residential neighborhood that respects the flora and fauna and diverse marine
life found along its 820 feet (250 meters) of coastline. The planned community
was designed by a group of French architects, working closely with well-respected
local firms of architects and engineers responsible for designing the infrastructure
and services all of which have extensive experience in the luxury home
market in both Europe and Mexico. Paradise Coves comprises 12 homes on more than
eight acres of beachfront land, with lots ranging from 13,000 square feet (1,209
square meters) to 24,500 square feet (2,277 square meters) all with 30
meters of frontage. The generous size of the home sites was planned so that owners
can enjoy the privacy of their own space, from which they can walk through the
specially designed hiking trails to the residents beach club located on
the shore of the cove from whence the community takes its name. Lots start at

Paradise
Village
Nuevo Vallarta
With the success of their resort and residential development, the new Ocean Vista
apartments and Paradise Plaza shopping mall, Paradise Village has now embarked
on a new expansion phase. It has added an 18-hole, par-72, 7200-yard championship
golf course designed by Robert Van Hagge. The residential home sites and country
club will round out the private gated community. Along with this project, Paradise
Village has initiated a new residential project, Playa Royale Residences, a 44-unit,
luxury ocean front condominium, 80% of which sold out during pre-construction,
and a 264-unit development, Grand Marina Villas, overlooking the residential canal
area. These new developments come with a Social Membership, which includes three
private clubs: a country club that will give private access to the 18-hole golf
course, a sport club with a full health club, tennis court and other sport and
fitness access and a beach club with access to the beach, a restaurant, bar, spa
and other amenities. Golf memberships are included on select units in this package.
Residents are also close to the services offered by Paradise Village Resort, which
include a European spa, a 200-slip marina and facilities for water sports, all
