Vallarta Lifestyles The Vallarta real estate market is going through an amazing transition, evolving from a traditional market consisting primarily of homes and condominiums built along the city streets of Puerto Vallarta, to a residential community-driven market where a developer supplies the streets, the services and most of the amenities. These communities are not reliant on the city to supply essential services, they do it themselves and in most cases offer a much superior end product. They are located from one end of the bay to the other, with further developments now being planned outside of the bay, on the far northern shores of Costa Vallarta heading towards Guayabitos.
