MONTEMAR

Located in Conchas Chinas on Paseo de los Delfines, Montemar Condomiums offers 10 beautiful residences from one bedroom to four bedrooms in size, with spectacular views of Banderas Bay and the city lights of Puerto Vallarta. Most units have a private Jacuzzi, just one example of their attention to detail and great style. Villar Montemar is one of Vallarta’s newest and most prestigious properties. Amenities include covered parking, pool, elevator, two-story penthouse, common area, gym, and just a few minute walk to Los Muertos beach. Units are for sale now, with completion scheduled for June 2002. PARADISE COVES

Next to an ecological reserve, nestled between the tropical rainforest and the azure waters of the Pacific Ocean, is the exclusive gated enclave of Paradise Coves, within the master plan development of Costa Banderas. The concept behind the North Shore’s most exciting new project was to create a luxurious, yet ecologically sound, residential neighborhood that respects the abundance of flora and fauna and the rich and diverse marine life found along its 820 feet (250 meters) of coastline where whales and dolphins play just offshore.

PARADISE VILLAGE

Dubbed “Heaven on Earth”, this development matches the standards of harmony, functionality and comfort expected of a Utopian community, to become an authentic home-away- from-home for the most demanding clientele.
With the enormous success of their resort and residential development, as well as the new Ocean Vista deluxe apartments and Paradise Plaza shopping mall, Paradise Village has now embarked on a new expansion phase.
