Studio Tours
Puerto
Vallarta is privileged to have numerous fine art galleries representing
dozens of well-known and sought-after artists who make their home here.
Each year many of these artists open their studios to tours.
The public is welcome to observe the artists at work, to tour their studios
and to ask questions about their art. These tours are a popular way to
see the many artists that exhibit in Vallarta in the creative process.
Sculpture, watercolor, acrylic, oil and other types of work environments
can be seen up close and personal, giving the observer a unique look into
the life of an artist.
Several artists also conduct art classes in their studios on a limited
basis. These can be scheduled with the artists or representative gallery.
Art can also be purchased at these private studios. Tours are given each
week.
Gallery tours include stops at several studios. Independent artist's tours
are also available.
