Go Karts

Does racing your brains out around a track in a high-tech "super go-kart" imported from Spain followed by a cold drink after you beat the pants off your buddy sound like fun?

Not far from town is a state-of-the-art racetrack with three different models of karts. The Super Karts have a 270cc Honda engine and can go 100 km/h. Other carts are available for the more timid and there are Kids' Karts with a top speed of 25 km/h.

The track is open every day 9:30 a.m. - 11 p.m. and can be reserved for private parties and events. Local and national races are held regularly; check the schedule when you are in town. If you are in the market, they even sell specialized race carts.

Go have fun, and tell them "Big Scott" sent you! Buses leave every 20 minutes from major hotels to the track.
