Start making plans to join us for the Sixth Annual PUERTO VALLARTA GOURMET FESTIVAL. This event, dedicated to the interchange of culinary ideas, will take place from November 9th through the 18th of this year. Treat your palate to the finest samples of high cuisine, prepared by internationally acclaimed master chefs.

Over the last few years, the GOURMET FESTIVAL has gained international recognition under the guidance of Thierry Blouet, owner and Master Chef of Café des Artistes Restaurant and recipient of the Five Star Diamond award; Heinz Reize, hotel manager, owner and Master Chef of Coco Tropical Restaurant; and Roland Menetrey, graduate of the Swiss Hotel School, Master Chef, former owner of famous restaurants in Aspen and Santa Fe as well as a number of wineries in Spain.

Enjoy Puerto Vallarta's best restaurants in all their gastronomic splendor. For this year's edition of the Festival, twenty-one of the city's most prestigious eateries have devoted themselves to mustering the crème de la crème of the culinary world-local and international chefs who will prepare a special menu created specifically for the occasion.

Events include the Inaugural Reception, in which city officials will welcome chefs and guest participants in the courtyard of the City Hall of Puerto Vallarta, and the much-awaited gala dinner "Stars and Moonlight", hosted by the HACIENDA CORA HOTEL. Also, for the first time ever, there will be gourmet cooking classes and wine seminars and tastings open to the public. Several musical groups will be on hand to celebrate the event's Grand Finale.
