Yet new signature dishes vie for attention, like fresh mahi-mahi served on a wild rice mushroom risotto with sautéed artichokes, black olives and aged balsamic vinaigrette reduction that is beyond exquisite. And while you would expect an eatery of this caliber to bake its own breads daily, here they´re made three times a day, hot out of the oven for every meal.
