Well known Puerto Vallarta artist Sheyla Devine, recently pass away. She was born in New York in 1959 and her renowned  style of painting was often highlighted with radiant colors. Devine attended New York State University and had exhibitions around the globe including Berlin, New York, Chicago, Guanajuato, Guadalajara and Puerto Vaexpressionistllarta. Devine was a very intense and deep human being and as an artist was always researching. She was also a very big hearted person and will be sadly missed by those whose lives she touched.
