The beautiful Le Bistro restaurant on the Isla Rio Cuale will host this year's important fund-raising event benefiting those with HIV/AIDS and providing programs to prevent it. The Vallarta Against AIDS Organization, which consists of doctors, psychologists, counselors and volunteers, offers testing, free or low-cost medication, and other urgently needed resources and supports — AIDS, or SIDA as it's called in Mexico, a problem here as it is most everywhere. So this classy party with live music, a silent auction and great food donated by a dozen of our finest restaurants is the perfect way to enjoy a great Sunday afternoon while doing something about it.
