 To celebrate its 90th anniversary as municipality and city, Puerto Vallarta City Hall headed by Mayor Javier Bravo Carbajal, has prepared a special cultural calendar of events entitled May Fest 08, to honor the city and its people. Some of the international guest artists hail from throughout Mexico, with others from as far away as Germany, France and Spain. The stage for these special events will be the beautiful Arcos del Malecón where great shows have been presented over the years.
May Fest 08 will include a performance by Germany's Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra concert directed by Michael Hoffs, on May 15 at 8:30 pm at NH Krystal. The concert will be based on the music of Mozart, Bach and Mendelssohn. Ticket cost is $150 pesos per person. This is the only event during this festival that will have an admission price.
