A group of representatives led by Los Xitomates' Luis Fitch will travel to New York for a special culinary presentation of "The Flavors of Puerto Vallarta in New York" to take place at the acclaimed restaurant Rosa Mexicano. During the event, which will take place September 6-16, guests of the restaurant will have a unique opportunity to sample the most representative dishes of this part of Mexico. With locations in major citis around the United States including New York, Washington, Atlanta and West Palm Beach, Rosa Mexicano is considered by Zagat Survey as "the gold standard for upscale, modern Mexicano cuisine." Afterwards, Fitch and his team will travel to Disney's Epcot Center in Orlando for another two-week Mexican cuisine showcase during which it's expected that over a million visitors will sample their unique culinary creations.
