Kenyans the Speediest at PV Half Marathon: The top three spots at the Third Annual Half Marathon International here on Sunday, November 6, went to runners from this East African nation, first place Lenard Hgigi Njengiwas clocking in a mere four minutes and 21 seconds off the world record at an hour, five minutes and three seconds, the second-place finisher just two seconds behind him.

It's Lights! Camera! Action! Time Again: The Second Annual Puerto Vallarta Film Festival 2005 has an exciting roster of events November 7 - 12, including some 52 films screened at the new, centrally located Cinemark theater complex in Plaza Caracol, which offers ample parking.

Delta Renews Flights to PV: Based on a strong local economy and increasing numbers of American tourists choosing this destination, after an eight-year hiatus with no Puerto Vallarta routes, Delta began daily flights from Salt Lake City, Utah this week, with flights throughout November already at least 85% booked. And December 15, Delta will start bringing passengers here from Atlanta.

Wilma Heats up Puerto Vallarta Tourism: Our hearts go out to all those affected by Hurricane Wilma, which slammed into the popular resorts of Cancun, Cozumel, Playa del Carmen and Isla Mujeres last week, Cancun's hotel association reporting 120 hotels in that destination alone non-operational.
