The partnership between sister cities Puerto Vallarta and Highland Park, IL, once again became apparent when the Highland Park String Ensemble traveled to Puerto Vallarta for three spectacular performances. Centered around Valentine's Day, the Highland Park Strings received standing ovations. Carol Wolf, President of the Sister Cities Committee in Highland Park, expressed her appreciation to the Vallartense community for the warm welcome received by all. A special love song, "Una Canción de Amor," dedicated to Puerto Vallarta, was the highlight of the evening.
