 Galerias Vallarta and Liverpool are pleased to present their Fashion Fest Spring-Summer 2008, on May 2 at 6:00 p.m. to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. All Liverpool stores in Mexico have two annual fashion shows to benefit charity organizations. Puerto Vallarta’s Liverpool outlet chose Make-A-Wish to start the local tradition. This fashion show features professional models that will showcase bathing suits, as well as casual and formal clothing for men and women. At the end of the fashion show, the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. will offer a cocktail reception. There will also be a silent auction featuring a Sergio Bustamante piece valued at $25,000 pesos, as well as a raffle for Daniel Espinosa jewelry items and a painting by Román Martínez “Ro.”
Tickets are available for a donation of $200 pesos with the total amount of the proceeds going to Make-A-Wish. There are currently 45 children with a terminal disease who are on a waiting list to have their dreams come true.
