Puerto Vallarta's restaurant association, CANIRAC, will host a special cooking course October 23 - 27 that is open to the general public, with limited seating available. It's going to be held in the kitchens of the downtown CECATI auditorium near the Main Plaza, a central, easily accessible location.

Every day, the chefs of Alfredo di Roma, Bai Sri, Citrus, Frida and Reposteria Charme will walk students through the preparation of a different three-course menu, then the group will sit down to enjoy the meal they just learned how to make. Course inscription includes a recipe book, apron, chef's hat, diploma, group photo. This is sure to be a lot of fun. And how cool it will be to wow your friends with some good old, down-home PV cooking!
