According to the Great Place to Work Institute of Mexico, a great place to work is defined as a place where associates trust, feel comfortable with the people who they work for and are proud of what they do. The organizations that qualify as a great place to work respect their employees, listen to them, create trust, worry for their well-being, development and growth and ensure that besides working they have fun. The Great Place to Work Institute of Mexico measures the working atmosphere of businesses based on the employees’ opinions. Ranking is based on a five-dimension model: credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and comradeship.
