Get ready for an extraordinary new level of elegance in beachside dining when Café des Artistes Del Mar opens later this year in El Anclote. The new establishment will be located within the Punta de Mita Beach Club, a luxury condominium development. Renowned
restaurateur Thierry Blouet is creating this extension of his celebrated Café des Artistes in Puerto Vallarta to serve the rapidly expanding North Shore area, especially swank Punta de Mita.

Lunch guests can choose to eat on the terrace by the sparkling sea or on the patio of the lavish pool. Shun the sun while dining in the wellappointed dining room with its open kitchen and, in the evenings, at the stylish bar. Piano and jazz music are planned for the evenings in this special addition to the Punta de Mita restaurant scene.

Most importantly, the menu and quality of the fare will continue the tradition of superior food and service that patrons of Café des Artistes have come to expect. The dinner menu at Café des Artistes Del Mar will be similar to the PV restaurant, with a Mediterranean touch and more emphasis on fish and seafood, while the luncheon choices will be lighter and include creative salads, imaginative sandwich choices and tempting snacks. More than 1,500 bottles will fill the wine cava, and Blouet points out that there will be “lots and lots” of tempting desserts on the menu.

Snowy white cloths, comfortably heavy silver and a chic palette of white, grey and neutrals to enhance the colors of the natural environment will complement the fabulous food, raising the bar for other area restaurants. Indeed, Café des Artistes Del Mar will definitely put the North Shore on the culinary map of Vallarta.
