His latest opus, “Rocks & Shoals,” could be considered a prequel to “Odyssey,” as he looks closely at his personal experience as a naval intelligence officer working with the National Security Agency during the Cuban Missile Crisis, revealing never-before-printed details of this controversial period of American history.
