The culture of good wines, their history and manufacturing process were the main topics of the Vallarta Wine Fest, Jalisco and Nayarit. This is the latest festival to reach our shores and a new option for promoting Banderas Bay worldwide. The Vallarta Wine Fest also introduced Mexican winemakers and hosted cultural activities during its five days. Various activities took place in some of the most successful restaurants on the bay, which offered special menus with a variety of wines.

More than 600 employees in the restaurant and hotel industries were trained by professional sommeliers during the first edition of this event. Now, they have an increased understanding of wine and its different varieties and are able to offer better recommendations to their customers.

Due to the positive response from businesspeople and the public in general, the second edition of the event is now in the works, with the promise of an even more complete experience.
